Winter Whimsy 2024

Celebrate the beauty and symmetry of the winter season with the Winter Whimsy Forever stamps. Four intricate white designs inspired by snowflakes appear against rich backgrounds of navy blue, teal, tan, and dark blue-green, surrounded by softly falling white dots. The lacy illustrations also evoke the classic winter craft of cutting folded paper to reveal delicate symmetrical patterns. Bailey Sullivan designed and illustrated the stamps, while Greg Breeding served as art director. Issued in 2024 in double-sided booklets of 20, these Forever stamps are always equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate.
