Four designs depict iconic Western staples: a cowboy hat, a cowboy boot with a spur, a Western shirt, and an ornate belt buckle featuring a longhorn skull. A stippling technique using small dots of color gives the illustrations a worn, rugged appearance, while cacti, snakes, roses, and stars frame each image. Greg Breeding designed the stamps with original artwork by Ryan Feerer. Issued in 2021 in double-sided booklets of 20, these Forever stamps are always equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate.
