Piñatas 2023

Send a little fiesta fun with these four Piñatas! stamps from the U.S. Postal Service. The designs feature two traditional piñatas—a donkey and a seven-point star. Yellow-and-blue donkeys appear against pink or orange backgrounds, while multicolored stars appear against purple or green backgrounds, all sprinkled with confetti. The bright palette was inspired by Mexican culture. Víctor Meléndez created the original artwork and designed the stamps, and Antonio Alcalá served as art director.
