Celebrate the thrill and nostalgia of a favorite American pastime with the Carnival Nights Forever stamps. The pane of 20 contains 10 photographic designs capturing the energy and color of a summer carnival after sunset. Vibrant neon lights illuminate spinning rides, a glittering amusement booth, and fireworks bursting against the dark night sky, evoking the excitement and adventure of an evening at the fair. Art director Greg Breeding designed the stamps using existing photographs. Issued in 2024, these Forever stamps are always equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate.
