Frozen Treats 2018

Celebrate the sweet flavors and refreshing fun of summer with the Frozen Treats Forever stamps, the first scratch-and-sniff stamps issued by the U.S. Postal Service. The double-sided booklet of 20 features 10 whimsical watercolor designs, each depicting two colorful frozen pops in a variety of shapes, patterns, and imagined flavors. A special coating releases a sweet summertime scent when rubbed, adding a playful sensory element to the stamps. Margaret Berg created the original artwork, while Antonio Alcalá and Leslie Badani designed the stamps. Issued in 2018, these Forever stamps are always equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate.
